Carnival Stabber "only charged with Grievous Bodily Harm"
Street Life in Britain, 2011 - most of us already know how bad things are
here.
Now the whole world has seen, thanks to this photo taken on Monday during the
Notting Hill Carnival.
A young lad runs off after stabbing a total stranger in the stomach. While a
bystander tries to catch the knifeman - and dozens of other witnesses take
photos and videos - the two Policemen (who are supposed to be the ones
protecting the public) stand and watch, bemused. Maybe they were tired after a
hard morning doing their Diversity and Inclusion training.
Why can this happen? Simple, because successive governments (New Labour and
Coalition) have spoken tough words about giving heavy sentences for
knife-carrying - but they never matched the tough words, with tough actions.
Courts still regulalrly impose community sentences, fines , or suspended
sentences for knife-carrying. And the Police still give only cautions, in some
cases.
This knifeman was caught - only thanks to this perfect portrait he presented
to the cameras. What sentence will this lad get ?
Well , not a very tough one. The police have made a bad start already -
charging him (apparently) only with "Grievous Bodily Harm".
That's the message which will go round the world - "Look how sick Britain is
- stab a stranger in the stomach, and you don't even get charged with Attempted
Murder ".
But of course it's not really the Police's fault. They, and the courts, have
had their hands tied, and most of their powers taken from them , by the Home
Offices "Guidelines", and by the involvement of Keith Starmer's Crown
Proscecution Service (The CPS).
FAMILIES FIRST would make the sentence for knife-carrying a fixed, MANDATORY
MINIMUM of nine years "Nine for a Knife",
FAMILIES FIRST would on Day One, abolish the CPS. Keith Starmer and all his
smarrmy lawyer cronies - whose job it is, to prevent as many cases as possible
going to judge and jury, by saying it's "against the public interest" - would be
out of a job, the whole lot of them. It's the CPS which is against the public
interest.
FAMILIES FIRST would end ALL Home Office guidelines as to sentencing policy,
charging policy, and arresting policy. The police and the courts, would just
follow the laws, as set out by our Parliament. .
PS: Why did the Daily Mail fuzz out the knifeman's face,
early on Tuesday after it was announced that an arrest had been made?

Terminated ! ZAP ! POW ! Two Military Executions (in somebody else's country) -
in Two days .
NATO forces on 30 April, 2011, assasinated
Seif Gaddafi, (Muammar Gaddafi's son), with a
military airstrike. The British or French plane which bombed him, was
personally authorised by either David Cameron or Nicolas Sarkozy.
And just one day later, 1 May 2011, the 'Man of Peace',
Barack Obama, personally authorised the execution - after he had been captured
- of terrorist Osama Bin Laden.

CRAY's HILL: Trust our "unbiased" TV media to show one side
only ....
This Cray's Hill illegal Traveller encampment has been there for ten years -
a group of outsiders invaded a small community in Essex - illegally . The local
council (which is the democratically-elected voice of the local inhabitants) -
has had to spend ten years, and millions of pounds of their taxpayers' money,
trying to get the law of the land enforced. After ten years of waiting, it seems
like at last we're nearing the end, after the recent high-court decision.
In the recent high publicity, you probably noticed something odd about the TV
reports: They ALL gave plenty of airtime to one side only of the dispute - to
the offenders. None of the TV News channels, gave even one second to allow the
victims' (the local residents) stories to be told. |

Cameron and Clegg are still looking to take MORE tax off us -
they still haven't got the plot !
Yet another of the coalition government's plans, getting the Inland
Revenue to nosey into Switzerland's banks, trying to track down UK citizens who
"should be paying more tax". There's been criticism from several politicians -
quite rightly. But - hold on ! These MPs who have criticised the plan,
say it doesn't go far enough and want it to squeeze even MORE tax from the
investor's accounts !
The amount of this government's tax take is already, an all-time
record high, and one of the highest (per head of the working population) in
the world ! Yet these MPs still want to tax us even more - treating our money
like it was theirs !
When are Britain's political class going to get the plot - they
need to STOP taking our money off us. It's ours, not theirs. They should be
looking to CUT the tax take, never mind increasing it. |

Why Britain needs a new Party...
For
the
40% who don't vote. While the Chattering Classes in the Electoral Commission
scratch their heads to think of ways to get the non-voters "included" - they're
blind to the truth: These 40% don't vote because they don't like ANY of the
existing choices on offer!
For the downtrodden in Britain 2010,
who've got nobody to speak up for them.
Remember
Gillian Duffy - the lady in Lancashire, the sort of down-to-earth
person for whom, supporting the Labour party (the "workers' party")
, is something engrained in the blood. Now she's not going to vote for any
party. Good for you, Gillian - I don't blame you. None of them deserves
your vote - or any of our votes; the whole lot of them are cheating liars
- squandering our tax mioney as if it was their own money; making promise
after promise during the campaign - then as soon as they're elected - they break
the
promises.

IRAQ, AFGHANISTAN, now LIBYA : Get us OUT of other people's
wars !
First it was Iraq - Tony Blair made us invade them in 2003, with a quarter
of the British Army, smashing and bombing our way into a middle-eastern Arab
moslem country, which is nothing to do with us. He said it was to prevent
'weapons of mass destruction' - we knew then, as we still know, this was a
total lie. Blair invaded because the previous year, he had promised it to
George Bush, and was too embarrassed to change his plan. He said we'd only be
there for weeks - we were there for years and over 1,000 of our servicemen and
women, were killed or seriously injured.
Then Afghanistan - also nothing to do with us, it's never been a British
colony, they don't speak English , we're backing one side in a futile civil
war, which can never be won - after 10 years, already 380 of our soldiers have
died.
And now - can you believe it - after invading two ASIAN countries - now
we're attacking an AFRICAN one ! Yet again an Arab, moslem country which has
never been a British colony. The RAF is supposed to be short of money, and is
closing down airbases in Britian and sacking pilots. But we've already flown
21,000 sorties, flying from Italy or even all the way from Britain, bombing
Libyan targets. They're announced by the media as "NATO bombed so-and-so" -
that makes it sound like we're not involved, in fact "NATO" is ONLY Britain
and France, trying to be colonial powers again (just like Suez in 1956).
Cameron and Hague appear smugly on TV, saying 'we only bomb military
targets'. But every hit on a command centre , or an armoured vehicle, KILLS
LIBYANS - sentenced to death by Britain and France, their only crime to be
doing the job they were told to do, in their own country. How many have we
killed? No-one's even counting.
Again Cameron says smugly "We are only there to protect civilians" -
another total LIE, from Day 1 of the campaign, we have been bombing in a
ground-support role, to help the Rebel side win the civil war. Nothing to do
with civilians.
They tell us "There won't be any British boots on the ground". MORE LIES!
Yes we've got special forces, like the SAS, there ON THE GROUND.
The Political establishment's smug stance is supported by the entire
British media and to their shame, all parties. Our Parliament's got 650 MPs.
How many of them have had the courage to speak out about the lies and the
deceit? NOT ONE.
OK, we all know that the Gadaffi side are the bad guys, and
the "Rebels" are the goodies.
But that still doesn't make it right, for us to be involved.
FAMILIES FIRST would GET US OUT of Afghanistan, and Libya,
STRAIGHT AWAY .
FAMILIES FIRST would also get the NATO constitution changed back to what it
used to be - a military pact to unite and defend, any of the member countries
, if they were attacked by an external country . NATO would be specifically
FORBIDDEN from intervening in the internal affairs of any country, whether in
Africa or Asia, or another European one (like Yugoslavia in 1990).

EURO Crisis - lies and scaremongering (as usual) from all
the Politicians
The EURO cannot continue in its present form , and will need to split into
one or more separate currencies - the debts owed by different member states,
are just too far apart. It needs to end up, probably with Germany, Austria and
the Netherlands in one currency, and with Greece, Portugal, Spain and Italy in
another currency. Which one of these keeps the "Euro" name is unimportant. The
Euro political establishment, meanwhile, still refuses to accept the need for
any change - like ostriches with their heads in the sand.
Some of the things beeing said are remarkable:
Angela Merkel says "If the Euro crashes, so does the European Union " (The
EU). What nonsense! The EU was going just fine for forty years, before the
Euro currency was invented - as a strong , healthy, free-trade zone of
European nations at peace with each other.
The latest nonsense just heard from an economist , is that If Greece
leaves, they will have to find a way to overprint all of their Euro notes, to
identify them as "Greek Euros". Durr! They don't need to do any such thing!
Just turn the notes over (and the coins). The other side of the note, already
HAS a design which marks it as Greek.
The same with the notes - and coins - of all the Euro countries.
Why did the currency get designed like this - with one side of the notes,
and coins, being unique to the country of origin? Answer: because - surprise,
surprise ! - the countries which joined the Euro, from 2000 onwards, had no
intention of merging together into one European federal superstate - they were
staying as separate countries, and although they were all using Euros, they
all wanted their Euros clearly identifiable as 'Their' national currency.

London: 1,000 Police to guard schooldchildren from being robbed in the
street..
This is Britain
2011.
The Metropolitan (London) Police are going to put a thousand police
on the streets, in the mornings and afternoons, JUST to try to stop our
children getting robbed on their way to and from school. What more
condemnation need their be of our political leadership, that this desperate
measure should even be necessary. The Police Chief says "Being robbed in the
street can be very traumatic for a child". Oh he's realised has he ? That's
an understatement - street robbery has an appalling effect on the victims,
children who may be as young as 8. It's terrifying, it can leave them sobbing
and shaking, afraid to go out and possibly taking weeks off school.
He also said "the chances of actually being a victim are millions
to one".
In
fact between April and August 2011, there were over 15,000 robbery attacks on
young people on London's streets. I make that - over the 5-month period - ONE
HUNDRED ROBBERIES PER DAY ! Maybe the police should tell this appalling
statistic to their political masters, Cameron and Clegg, who between them
control Parliament and can make and change laws. If they really wanted to, these
two could do something about this by abolishing all ASBOs, community orders,
cautions, fines and suspended sentences, and changing the law to treat street
robbery - especially on child victims - as an extremely serious crime; by making
a mandatory LONG prison sentence. But of course, Clegg and Cameron , the
coalition leaders, do NOT want to change any crime laws; they are quite happy to
leave things the way they are, for fear of upsetting their lawyer cronies.
(Like almost all the political class, they're both lawyers themselves). (And if
you hadn't noticed - the more crime there is - the more money lawyers rake in.) |
